The Wellbeing Hub offers an enriching experience designed to nurture the mind, body, and soul.

With a holistic approach to enhancing emotional, physical, and social wellbeing, our programme includes engaging activities and insightful sessions in a welcoming environment that supports personal growth and emotional balance.

Participants can explore a wide range of wellbeing practices, from mindfulness and relaxation techniques to fitness routines, social connections, and self-care strategies.

Shaant Yoga Centre

Yoga Centre 2025

The new Shaant Yoga Centre provides specialist yoga sessions tailored to a variety of needs.

Sessions include deep breathing exercises to promote relaxation and healing, mindfulness and meditation to support emotional wellbeing, and stretches to improve flexibility and strength.

Our experienced instructors share valuable insights into the health benefits of each technique. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive environment at Shaant Yoga Centre.

Waterside Connect Gym Studio

The Gym Studio offers a comfortable and affordable environment to support your fitness journey.

Membership is only £10 per month, which includes:

  • Full access to the Gym Studio
  • All yoga classes
  • Use of showers and changing rooms

Opening times:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 19:00
  • Saturday: 09:30 – 11:30

Health Awareness & Prevention Projects

We work in partnership with health professionals to deliver health checks, raise awareness, and run prevention programmes aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of our community.

These initiatives support our most vulnerable beneficiaries and address specific health challenges faced by ethnic minority communities.

Wellbeing Café

Relax and unwind at Alina’s Wellbeing Café, a welcoming social space that provides a safe environment to enjoy chai, coffee, and cake.

More than just a café, it is a place to connect with others, take part in wellbeing activities, and collaborate on new initiatives to enhance social, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
